Nightweaning failed miserably on Day 3. I decided she wasn't ready (she voiced her opinion as well, haha). So all is well.
In the meantime... She's had a scare with retinoblastoma (!!!) but we thankfully found out that she is just a little nearsighted, so she sees the eye doc again in a year. Phew!

night weaning must be incredibly hard! I'm pretty sure that Thing 1 would scream the entire night long (despite being a normally easy-going sleeper!) if I withheld boob! lol, that's not to say I don't WISH I could get a full night's sleep without any nursing breaks!
